Kelly's Cobbler does Superior work! I've been going to him for over 20 yrs! I tried another shoe shop once to save a few bucks & that placed ruined a very expensive pair of shoes!! Never again will I go to anyone else. Kelly's Cobbler  does the BEST WORK around.

I'm from NYC and accustomed to having my shoes repaired by someone on the premises, so I can describe my concerns. Kelly's is the only place I've found in southern CT that does their own work.  I've had several pairs of shoes repaired at Kelly's Cobbler because the service is great and affordable.  The owner is always present, pleasant and honest.  He let's me know when my fav's have seen their last days and performs superior workmanship on those worth saving.  My shoes are ready on time and he's even fixed my favorite belt for free. My grandfather was a shoemaker who used to fix all my shoes. It's refreshing to pay someone who loves the craft in a similar fashion.  I will return to prepare my boots for the fall.  I recommend anyone looking for excellent, affordable shoe repairs to take their shoes to Kelly Cobbler.
