Went to Raggs during their half off sale for some fabulous deals on clothing and bought three pairs of pants.  Was told one pair was not half off but the other two were, however, when the sale was rung up I was only given half off on one pair.  When I disputed the charge the young lady admitted her mistake and told me when I came to pick the pants up a credit would be given to me for $22.50.  Waited and waited for a call to tell me the alterations were completed but never received one.  Finally, called and went into pick up the pants.  The owner then told me there would be no credit, the salesgirl was wrong, and that was final.  I understand that the young lady might have made a mistake, but as a customer I was told there credit due and they should have honored it.  I did not appreciate the dismissive manner of the owner and he has now lost a customer over $22.  Nice clothes, nice salespeople, but a poor choice by the one person who should understand the customer is indeed always right.  I have made many purchases here but I can always buy great clothes with other retailers.

Have had several great experiences as a customer here!  I get my best clothing there and the sales they hold often, always give me the nicest pieces of clothing I own.  The staff is super-knowledgeable and will always point you in the right direction.

But the coup de grace was the experience I had getting set up for my recent wedding!!!  They dressed me from top to bottom in a Hugo Boss tux and dealt with my pre-wedding jitters for a couple months.  i got shirt, shoes, cuff links and tux from Raggs and they even gave me a good sale price for being a good customer and getting the whole get up from their store.  
Buying my own tux was the best decision I could have made and the resulting fit was so much better than anything i could have rented.
After picking the perfect tux, owner Tom sent me to NH's best tailor who made it look almost bespoke (they generally pick up the tailoring too).
I just bought another work suit this week and highly recommend Raggs to anyone who wants to look sharp, contemporary and get great customer service!
I will shop there forever!
