Drove from Mountain View to Davis for a day of bike shopping and went to several stores; Ken's was my least favorite. This is due to the poor behavior of one of the clerks. My experience started with an insulting interaction after asking the clerk two questions: "are dogs allowed in the store" and "could i get a staffer to help me when available". These two questions were met with a laughable condescending and dismissive response. My experience ended with my partner deciding to purchase a small basket, at which time the clerk proceeded to make snide comments about me to my partner while I was out of the shop. 1 star, absolutely wouldn't recommend this shop. Why go somewhere where the help treats you poorly?

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.  Very nice bikes.  Great service.  We REALLY appreciated all the time, attention, and patience Nicholas gave us!

Amazing shop. I get all my bike related stuff here and bring in my bikes for repair often. Staff is always super nice, very helpful and knowledgeable, repairs get done fast with outstanding quality. I love this shop in any way.

Ken's is a great place to get help with bike issues. Conveniently located, with friendly staff, it is a fixture of the Davis community.

Very helpful - I asked for a part, and they ended up greasing my seat post and giving me a screw/washer I was missing. Good prices, good supply of necessary biking parts and accessories. Also - open late!
