Ken is the alignment wizard, today he finally did my truck.
Going back like a  year ago when I first brought my  big Ram Turbo diesel 4x4 for alignment he told me that my ball joints and a tie rod ends were not good  so alignment at the time was not recommended until I took care of the issues. He recommended me a shop close to his that he new for many years, good people too, their price was good but after a year I ended up doing it myself. Yesterday after new ball joints, steering linkages and new tires my truck was ready to go back to his shop,  I called today 10 minutes before 8:00 am and the appointment was set. He took it for a ride, came back and start working on it, later he explains what he did and what to expect on a set up like mine. I left the shop and soon after driving for a little while I can say that my truck finally feels like a new truck and for the first time I can let go on the steering wheel with out changing lane !  Ken did a super job.

The alignment factory is by far the best at what it does. The shop owners expansive knowledge of all things suspension and steering, their high end alignment rack, and their sincere customer service really make this a hidden gem of an auto shop. I highly recommend this place to everybody

Best place in South Dade to get your vehicles aligned. Ken is the expert and is a perfectionist when it comes to alignment service. If you want your car to drive as it should, bring it here after you get new tires.
