Recently I was involved in a car accident which led to me needing to replace both my from and rear bumpers and a friend recommended me to this shop. The service here was AMAZING, I had my car back in less than a week, detailed and all! Also helped me obtain a rental car for the mean time. The manager Robin was very helpful, the rest of the staff is friendly and very much respectful and professional. I will definitely recommend this shop,  they even beat any one else in the area's prices.

Miami is an awesome city, but the rainy season not so much. I ended up driving  through a huge puddle of water one night on my way home. Right after that my car start giving me problems. I drive a  Mercedes and just the thought of how much the repairs were going to cost had me freaking out. I was lucky enough to find out about The Prestige Collections through a friend. What I thought was going to be a horrible experience turned out to be a breeze. They were so helpful and understanding. Let's be honest, we are always busy with work, school and family and barely have time to rest. No one has time to waste talking to Insurance companies and adjusters. Having people with the knowledge and  experience taking care of everything is a relief. They were with me every step of the way, explaining everything and keeping me inform of every detail. I don't like to write reviews, but in this case I had too because I really want people like me out there to know about this place and the awesome service this place provides.

I've only had great experiences coming to this shop. They are quick and know exactly what they are doing. I had crashed the back bumper of my car and they helped by fixing it and making my car look brand new. The best part is that they can help you get a rental so you wont be without a car :) Staff is very nice and friendly. Professional environment

I found them to be very honest and on point with diagnosing the problem.. prices are very fare and turnaround time was as promised.. I think I have found my new mechanic shop.
