This was my first time purchasing a car in my life(51 year of age). It was awesome working with the Toyota team , especially Mr, Calderon he made me feel like family!! He was great to deal with patience and knowledge was the key 🔑 to my new car. Also the financial team. It  was great working with Mr Y Hernandez. Also a new member on board that was under Mr Calderon wings Adrian Macías (excellent attitude) wanted to learn more. I can not say how happy and Blessed that i landed in such a great hands.  Thanks to you all I am very happy person!!

I visited Kendall Toyota today 04/06/2018... I had the great pleasure of being helped by Rodrigo Melio. I'm happy to say that he is very professional, courteous, friendly, approachable, and understanding. He was able to help us even though we were in a very difficult financial situation. He was able to provide us with peace of mind and was very good at walking us through every step of the process. I truly am convinced that Rodrigo is more than a sales consultant. I felt as if I was being treated like family and therefore I will always appreciate what Rodrigo and Kendall Toyota has done for me. Thank you for giving a spectacular car buying experience!

Jose, the assistant service manager was a true professional and has great customer service skills.  Upon arrival he greeted and checked me in immediately.  That made me confident that I wasn’t going to be waiting a long time since I needed to get to work.  I also appreciated that he maintained communication about the diagnosis, service and costs throughout the day. My overall experience was a 10+.

I saw all the other 5-star reviews and had high expectations for this dealership. We arrived at the front desk to ask for a sales representative to show us a few cars we had in mind. The receptionist was very courteous as we watched her ask one sales representative to the next, none of whom had interest in attending to us. There were three salesmen sitting at the table without any customers, as well as a few standing outside.  I cannot generalize the lack of customer service to all sales representative at this dealership, but the ones that were available at that time left something to be desired.

Andris Gonzales was very helpful.
As soon as we walked in he acknowledge me and helped me.
He made sure that i was happy with the final deal and that I got the car I wanted.
