Not happy with this company's policies. My wife and I went to exchange a necklace she received as a Christmas gift. All she wanted was the same necklace in a different color, but the staff here refused an even exchange. They wouldn't honor the original purchase price that our relative had paid (she had used a Cyber Monday discount code), and we had to pay an additional $15 to get the same necklace in a different color. Also, similar to what I've read in other reviews, the staff at this location was rather uppity, and customer service wasn't their top priority. Customer service was definitely lacking. The two associates we worked with seemed put out that they actually had to assist my wife and I with something. Not going back to this location again, and questioning whether we're going to keep shopping at Kendra Scott.

I will not lie after reading these comments I was beyond skeptical about going in, but once I did I was quickly reassured that I had made the right decision. I arrived at the store within an hour of it closing, there were a handful of people already in there shopping but the employees were all very helpful and nice making sure everyone was getting the help they needed. I was able to get in and get out leaving with exactly what I was searching for. I am highly pleased with this location, no person looked down on me or judged they simply did there job and gave their best possible service.

The emploies were extremely nice. Dog frendly. Yummy macaroons!!

Kudos to Kendra Scott employee Emily for going above and beyond to find the bracelet I wanted!  All the way in Kentucky!

Not a fan of this company's policies. They don't allow refunds of items purchased. You are forced to get a store credit for an item bought a week ago. Also, the associates were not friendly. Will never buy anything here again.
