Zawada Insurance Agency Inc. is a second generation, family-owned and operated Independent Insurance Agency conveniently located in Worcester Massachusetts. Since being founded in 1989, we have been dedicated to providing quality Personal and Business Insurance products to our clients throughout Central Massachusetts and beyond.

We are a full service independent agency, working for you, not the insurance company. We work closely with top-rated insurance carriers to get our clients quality, comprehensive coverage at a competitive price.

Been doing all my insurance needs at Zawada insurance. Home, Life, Car, and Business. Most people see it easier to deal with big insurance companies with no local office and fancy television commercials. I however like the privilege of dealing one-on-one with an insurance agent.(especially when I forgot to make my monthly payment, I can stop in and make the payment with no hassle).
 Ed and his family has been running this company for quite some time and I can't tell you how much I like doing business with them. Multiple languages are spoken from either Ed, Barbara, Joe and rest of their team.

Zawada is a great family with great people. Everyone is polite and things always get done fast there. They always work hard to make sure you're getting the best coverage you can get.

I been their customer since 2010. They are great! I mean not only customer service but how they are able to accommodate my changing situation; a vehicle change, insurance policy change, address change etc., and every single time they were able to find me the best deal, when other agencies were not even close to that!
