Poor customer service skills including communication with customers. George, the employee I spoke with, was rude and had no tactful way to speak to clients. One main and very important part of running a business is how you treat and speak with your customers; don't speak to them like they are idiots and you are right, even if you are.

Took my 2014 Subaru wrx to George for repairs after an unnamed previous repair company (Richland collision repair) placed multiple chips into my paint... Not only did I have my car the next day but he takes pride in his work and it clearly shows.
