This is a very good place. It is easy to access. There are lots of activities for any age group from toddlers to seniors. Kids are racing to go to this library every day. Lots of books, ebooks, audio books, magazines, movies, games, and computers to enjoy for everyone. Toys and games for kids. Very nice and helpful staff.

This is the coziest library. It's really enjoyable to take a trip here to study or relax with a book. Their online resources are also very extensive. If you're interested in learning any new skill check out their events and the online courses they offer. They're also very responsive to requests; if you're looking for an item they don't have let them know and it may wind up in their inventory soon. If not they might be able to find it for you through an interlibrary loan.

I can't say every experience here (with the staff) is stellar, but I have definitely had stellar experiences at this library! I've searched the stacks for a book with a librarian, I've visited their various phenomenal community events (like the Ye Olde Fest, Comic Con, and others), and even met a nice lady who gave my husband and I a private class on healthcare.gov. I place books on hold and they set them aside for me so I can get in and out. The app is a lifesaver, so get it if you don't have it! The children's area is very nicely organized and has a huge selection. They also do story time and other stuff for the children. Check out their Facebook page! I love my library 😚

Very unhelpful.... I catch some of the librarians on FACEBOOK and on social media. On top of that, when I asked a librarians excuse me, they answered with What. I recommend the William E. Durr branch because it has a very calm and helpful atmosphere, unlike the Erlanger Branch.

Friendly staff, willing to help and overall nice atmosphere. I had a overdue fee from back in '10 for some old software that they kindly waived,  so there's that.
