I had given them five stars before. Then, our regular vet left and I was stuck with co-owner, Jeffrey Schulman. He was recommending medicines that made my dog sick. He got my dog sick, I brought my dog in and he charged me again. I know many vets who wouldn't do that. It's a great location, the other staff was always great but Jeffrey Schulman has turned me off to this place forever.

Had a good experience when we first brought our cat and dog there years ago. We are switching vets now because this year, we called and it was really frustrating just to get a hold of the doctor on duty. We called because our dog got an animal bite and they told us to bring him in for a rabies shot... He had just gotten his rabies shot there that year AND the doctor wouldnt explain how to clean and take care of the wound. We talked to a different vet and got all of the information we needed.  

Also, this place is not the cheapest!

I haven't a clue how this place has good ratings. Our first visit here Jeffery Schulman was our vet and he did NOT seem comfortable around our dog at all. He even complained that our dog wiggled when he was trying to get a temperature. Ummmm... Has any dog sat still when you put a stick in their anus??
Our second visit was at 10 and we were in the room till 10:40 before a vet came and it was over a 25 minute wait and the 5 minute test STILL isn't back. Rachel Jones was nice enough and comfortable to talk to but they should have had us reschedule or something. We will NOT be back.

We are one of three neighborhood residents who have had poor experiences with this business have taken our pets for care elsewhere as a result.

Been bringing my pets for many years to this clinic. They are kind and gentle and were extremely helpful when my cat was diagnosed with cancer.
