Terrific customer service!  Before purchasing a a book online through Ketabsara Persian Bookstore, I called to ask a few questions about the book, as it was an autographed copy.  They were so nice.  The associate with whom I spoke was so polite and took the time to actually speak with me - not rush me off the phone.  

After the transaction, I received several emails from Ketabsara Persian Bookstore following up on the status of my order.  I appreciate the art of good customer service and they certainly teach that skill here.

Absolutely my favorite book store in the city. Great prices & selection for used books. Service is wonderful, they actually noticed that I was buying a new book that they had used for cheaper and went and got me the less expensive copy.

The sweetest little bookshop in the world! Come here to wander (it's very small), and wonder, and explore. Great location as well!

This is a great little bookshop in the Los Angeles, and Juan the bookseller is incredibly helpful and nice. (I'm a browser, so I didn't need help, but the place is so small I overheard him helping several customers while I was there.)
