Kevin did a great job of not only marketing my home but following through on a number of potential hurdles that we faced.  My house ended up going under the contract the very first weekend it was listed.  Kevin was great at advising me on the purchase price along with the counter offers we received.  While we didn't get the house closed by the initial timeline chosen by the buyer, it came very close which was a minor miracle in itself.  This was a testament to Kevin and how he managed the process with the buyer and her agent.  
I would strongly recommend Kevin and will definitely use him again when I go to sell my remaining homes in the area.

Kevin helped us with three real estate transactions this year.....two as buyers, one as a seller.  He was knowledgeable and gave us excellent personal service.  Specifically, he was able to work with the builder and the town to make the transaction go smoothly when there may have been an issue if we were on our own.  We appreciate Kevin as a superior problem solver.
