No compassion what so ever. A minder is not allowed to get sick and miss a day of showings even though their ratings as a minder were all exemplary for over 6 months. She will kick you out immediately and brag that her contract allows her to do so. I deal with professionals daily and she is not one of them.

Mansion Minders is a wonderful company offering help in many ways for people to be able to sell their home quicker and also helping people live in or stage a beautiful home while building their own or rebuilding their financial lives. They also offer wonderful help as Realtors for my family and I and many people on our church. I highly recommend them.

Unbelievable.....We were getting feedback on our vacant house  "The property doesn't meet our needs" before we engaged Mansion Minders....Once Mansion Minders took over we started getting Offers.  They are easy to do business with, take most of the stress of owning a vacant house off your shoulders, and makes your house look fabulous.

My husband and I were Minders for about 6 months with Brenda and absolutely loved our experience. We worked with great home owners and realtors. Being Mansion Minders gave us the opportunity to live in a few fun areas of Dallas and meet wonderful people along the way. I'd highly encourage homeowners and potential minders to check out the program and talk with Brenda. We did have a few water bills over $500/month that were related to a sprinkler leak-the homeowner's responsibility that we did have to pay for ~$1500 in all out of our pockets-we learned a valuable lesson when we purchased a home shortly after minding-look at previous utility bills:)
