Stephanie was such a joy to work with during our home search.  She was very informative and provided valuable recommendations/advice that helped us determine what exactly we wanted.  She worked tirelessly to provide the perfect list of homes that fit our strict criteria and in the end, was instrumental in helping us get our dream home at a great price.  We can't say enough good things about Stephanie!
Will was also incredible.  We initially hired him to sell our home, but he was so amazing that we also hired him/his staff to help us buy our next home.  He did such a great job of recommending how to stage the house and his marketing was phenomenal that we had multiple offers in the first few hours of our first open house.  Will checked in daily from the time we hired him until months after.  The whole process was such a pleasure and I can't even imagine using anyone else from this point forward.

Ms. Wilson - and the Magnolia team -handled themselves in a very professional manner and she made us feel like we were her only client! Very responsive and always willing to deliver answers to questions we had. The most amazing thing was how easy she made our transition. We moved from California and we felt very connected during   our move to Texas. Ms. Wilson pointed us in the exact direction we needed to go and helped place us in a home that we are just beyond ecstatic about! We will be sure to recommend her to family and friends for their home buying needs for sure!

We were first time home buyers and very apprehensive about the process. Stephanie was helpful in explaining all of the confusing steps, and made sure we understood what was going on at all times. We were picky about what and where we wanted to buy, and could only look at houses one day a week   because of work schedules. Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our needs, and made sure we saw as many houses as we needed to find the one. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed, and after plenty of looking and patience, we found our house. Stephanie was always available to answer our (sometimes silly) questions, and was extremely knowledgeable. She made the process much easier than we expected, and was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie with no reservations whatsoever. Beyond Excellent.

Magnolia Reality is a first class service organization. They were recommended to us by our builder. Wade and his team would have been even better had we used them on the buy side too. Learn from me and make sure Wade and his team are on both buy and sell side. I think our experience in our new home would be even better. They were only representing us on the sell side and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Wade and his team at Magnolia Reality to anyone looking for an agent, on both buy and sell side. The mosquito gun as a thank you gift really topped off a great transaction! Cheers to Magnolia!

Stephanie was professional and caring throughout the home selling and home buying process.  She had excellent knowledge of local neighborhoods, comps, etc.  She provided any information needed and was very quick to respond to any questions or needs.  I have used Stephanie to sell and purchase homes  on two different occasions and I would highly recommend her to anyone! And the support team at Magnolia Realty was beyond excellent!
