Do not ever use Key. I suggest walking down the sidewalk to 5/3 or driving over to US bank. This bank was a pain in the rear end for my mother... But I recently decided to give them a chance. Some things never change. Their "hassle free checking" is anything but, and most (NOT all) of the staff are complete jerks.

Horrible, RUDE, stay away from this bank they are the most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with and the people at customer service act as they have the knowledge of a preschooler! They don't deserve even one star but its required, that gives them more credit than they deserve!
