I've been banking at this location for about 10 years and never had any issues till a few months ago. The employees here have always been friendly but recently they have been having major issues in their drive-thru, its not unusual to sit in line for 20 minutes. It does not matter what time or day you arrive, you will wait. Fix this issue US Bank and i will change my review to 5 stars
