I’ve struggled with bill pay since huntington took over!  Payments aren’t received and I’m getting late charges because of it!  Then I call in because I work during banking hours....to find out where the payment is and I’m told “you have to come in to see a manager”.   Weird,  because I called in before and a manager got on the phone and looked it up for me??  First merit was always efficient and helpful.  Can’t say I’ve had the same experiences with Huntington.

rude and unhappy workers since the change over, I drive 15 mins out of my way to go to the barberton branch now.

Some of the tellers are very impersonable and borderline rude. Go to another branch.
