I have been dealing with Scott, Gina and their staff for several years now. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I trust them completely and I know they have both diligence and competence to meet your needs.

My wife's brother Eddie died in his Solano Lake condo and we contacted Scott of KPM just 5 days after hearing, telling him we were moving as fast as possible to resolve all items. Despite this, KPM imposed $250 in added fees regarding Eddie's condo dues, saying we had not officially informed the association (we live almost 3 hours away - and he did NOT tell us how or when). I requested a refund and he refused, saying the Solano Lake condo association rules prevented it. I think this is one of the most heartless things anyone can do to grieving relatives of a decent condo owner.

Hard to reach; never get a straight answer; totally unresponsive to the needs or concerns of unit owners who pay their salary
