I called Ocean Realty  to inquire about a property they have listed.  The young lady who answered the phone told me I needed to contact Ellie and gave me her cell phone number.  I left several messages for Ellie / Elynor, but she never returned my calls.  I followed up with the young lady at Ocean Realty to see if someone else can help me schedule a viewing of the property they have listed for sale.  She put me on hold for 3 mins and we were eventually disconnected.  I called back and she told me the house might be on contract, but they won't know for 2 hours.  Whatever that means. What an odd way to run a real estate business.  I would not recommend using them or listing with them in the future.  They essentially turned away a cash buyer because a property "might be on contract" even though they "won't know for 2 hours".
