Dead serious, the customer service here is the best customer service. The jukebox is temporarily down, but i don't even care. the last few times I've been in, I've been treated like The Pope™. Food's great, but man, the friendliness of these people alone deserves my lunch money. If I'm in this area again for work, you can bet all of your dollars that I'll be right back here.

The chicken wings are always tasting old these last few visits, the people working is really rude Especially the management. I even ordered some wings over the phone in advance and they never did the order and was very rude about it, said if I still wanted the wings it be a 10 min wait. No discount no nothing..I luv KFC but just wish people who work here we're more friendlier

Good service, good food. A&W no longer has the root beer on tap so that's disappointing. Other than that this place is clean with friendly service.

I ordered my food at 6:28pm and at 7:08pm I asked the cashier where my food was. He said I was overlooked due to busy drive thru (I'm sitting in a booth by the drive through, b.s.). My order was FINALLY complete at 7:14pm. I was given a large side for free for waiting. I think I should've been given my meal for free! Not coming to this location again!

I haven't had nearly the terrible experience some other reviewers have had here, but it's also been nothing to phone home about. Probably the nicest thing about this location is that it's an A&W and KFC combined, so someone feels like hot dogs or hamburger and someone feels like chicken you can both order something in the same place. Food has always been pretty average fair. They've never messed up our order and have generally got us our order promptly. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't super friendly either. It's been a pretty average experience across the board all the times have come here with my family, hence the three star rating.
