Crisis scenario, yet staff was extremely professional. I was in the restaurant when someone shot at a police officer outside the building, and everything was handled very professionally by all the staff. The server Tiffany acted immediately and helped keep everyone calm, and the manager Scott was super welcoming and comforting during the process that followed. With 15 police cruisers surrounding the building, I was really impressed with how well taken care of the situation was. Typical non-crisis service is always good, and the food is dependable, especislly compared to other 24-hour food establishments.

Second time my husband and I have been to this Oregon city Shari's within the past two months. Worst service ever! First time we came we waited ten to fifteen minutes to be helped by our waiter. Food sat under the lamps on the kitchen counter for five to ten minutes or so until the waiter brought it over. Food was cold. Second time was tonight. My husband ordered a hot chocolate and I ordered a coffee and our breakfast meals. My husband's cup of hot chocolate had bright hot pink lipstick on it. When we told the waitress about it she seemed to not care at all. We then told the manager when we went to pay for our meals and he didn't seem to care either. I will never come here again!

Despite friendly faces &thier Quality Service along w/ extra clean appearance I just left w a take-out order (1:45am PST) that has left me w/ a very bad taste in my mouth. i find it hard 2swallow 2egg/bacon/hashbrown&toast cost over $10 at very light sided portion of hashbrowns &my bacon was burnt 2a very blacken crisp. my were more over-med then over-easy. for the price i expected better food quality control.

We must have sat at the wrong table, really hard to watch people touching their face or food after working the till, or dropping a utencil on the floor then putting it back in the pie case. Won't be back for a while.

30 seconds to be seated. 13 minutes before someone came to take our order. 22 minutes for our two hot sandwich's to be left up under the heat lamps for 3 more minutes until someone delivered them to us. My tater tots were way over done and the kitchen staff seemed to just want to good off. I looked around and counted 17 empty tables that I could see. Not like they were busy and forgot about us. I won't go back there.
