Chicken was under cooked. Food area and glass over food...NEEDS TO BE CLEANED Tables and floor were filthy. Napkin containers empty, garbage cans over full. And then the bathroom....yikes! Will I go back...NO!

Very excellent service tonight n the place was spotless. Fresh n very good food on the buffet n I have to say the customer service was above n beyond thanks to the employee Pete.

Stopped in today with my granddaughter was very disappointed, every highchair was filthy, the store was not clean floors and booths ,buffet was not stocked everything was dried out from sitting in it..alot of staff just standing around not being productive at all like "CLEANING" I watched one staff stand in the kitchen as she just come on her shift she stood in the kitchen and ran her hands through her hair put it in a pony tail and put her hat on..all in the kitchen ..this was once one of my favorite places to go ,but since this has hew owner new staff it's terrible. .I will not be coming back to KFC no longer...

Not the best. The buffet was pretty much out of everything at 5:30. If you wanted chicken, you had to ask.
