Perkins is normally a fast restaurant but this location was really slow. It was a Tuesday night at 8:30pm when we arrived with 3 kids after driving for 6 hours. Disappointingly, it took 40 mins for the food to arrive after ordering at 8:50pm and no communication about what happened or apology from the server. She didn't keep the plates cleared or the drinks filled. She didn't check back to see how the food was after delivering it so we had to flag her down for some steak sauce. She never asked if we wanted dessert and just left the bill on the table so we ended up ordering it to go from the front counter. I don't think customer service is her forte. We saw several people wait at the front counter to try to pay. Eventually, the manager came out to help guests at the checkout. This was not a busy night so I'm not sure why this particular Perkins was not running on all cylinders. On a positive note, the pancakes were good and the broccoli was colorful and tasted fresh.

Great service. It was really cold at the booths to the right. The food was very good except for the steak; it was chewy and tasted awful. But we would definitely go again for something else.

The late night menu was very limited compared to every other Perkins I’ve been to. I ordered a sampler after being told I couldn’t get just mozzarella sticks. I also was told I had to get three different appetizers vs getting two as mozzarella sticks. The waitress was blunt and unapologetic. It generally didn’t seem very clean or hospitable being there. Our food came out half cold and half burnt. It has definitely gone down hill compared to the past times I’ve been there.

Very rude managers, I will not ever eat here again, I applied for a job here and when I called to follow up, the person who awnsered the phone was very rude! Unacceptable!
