Very bad behavior by an Indian girl staff. Doesn't know how to behave to customers especially somebody coming to these places once in a blue moon. So dear KFC, please don't just use some part time jobseekers just for the sake of running the show. Atleast employ those who have common sense, who love what they are doing and who increases your profit by making customers attracted to your place like a magnet.

This location cuts the chicken rib in half and charges the regular price for white meat. Esentially they are commiting fraud because they are not selling the cut of meat that is advertised by KFC.  When they are questioned about resizing the chicken rib they blame it on the franchise. Yes the franchise has new cuts but they are not as drastic as this location wants the publuc to believe.  I have made a formal complaint.

I ordered for 4 piece box meal , was supposed to get different pieces instead got 3 wings and a drum you charge us for all pieces and serving this.. totally disappointed and not recommended

Your typical fast food spot. Right on the corner of Queen and Kennedy, highway 410 is close. The service is quick, get your receipt with number to listen for. Easy to get parking or public transit. Consistent fast food and enough seating. Get your own drink from the fountain.

IGNORANT staff I took my husbands chicken sandwich back because he felt that it was the spicy sandwich when the cashier told one of the girls behind her who then told another girl who was making the sandwiches well the girl making the sandwiches came around to see this evil person who had the nerve to ask for a new sandwich, she literally came around to look at me and cut her eye at me then her and the other girl start talking about me right in front of me I heard every word I heard her clear as day say to her co-worker “Watch she's gonna complain about this one to” I was so shocked I said excuse me I heard that. The manger was standing right in front of me this entire time hearing every word, I said to the manger wow you let your staff talk about customers in front of customers. She said I didn’t hear anything I said give me a break I want the Head Office’s phone number, she then says to me for the second time “I didn’t hear them say anything” She still would not give me the Head Office number I asked again for the number she finally gave it to me all the while claiming the staff didn’t say anything it was all in my imagination. I called when I got home and what do you know that number didn’t exist I Googled the Head Office and sent an email but never got a response needless to say I will never ever go there again they need to fire the incompetent nasty girls working there and get rid of that unprofessional ridiculas excuse of a manger. Don’t go to this KFC STAY AWAY!!!!
