Went for a late lunch on a Saturday, and it was wonderful. I grew up on the west coast, and since moving to Toronto (6yrs) I’ve yet to have a good sushi experience. Unlike most places in the city they deliver great product for the price. Highly recommend - officially my favorite spot.

Food was okay and things were fine, but it all changed when a young waitress accidentally poured soup and soy sauce over to my friend's suede coat.  No manager was available to handle the issue!Another waitress even came up to claim that my friend was interrupting their work. After a very lengthy discussion, with yet another waitress, who said she was responsible for the floor management that night, as witness, my friend eventually settled to meet with the young waitress and let her bring the coat to dry clean in the following night.  Instead of doing what was agreed by all parties, the young waitress brought her husband, denied all happenings and left my friend to a huge shock.  That left my friend with no choice, but to take another trip to the restaurant to demand a  settlement.  She brought me as a witness.  We then were  there at the restaurant again and had to talk to a different waitress who claimed to be in charge that night.  She first refused to take responsibility and asked us to go back another time when the waitress who witness the settlement was around, but finally admitted that she did aware of that my friend's coat was stained and agreed to cover the dry clean cost when she understood that we would   take no more excuses.  My friend only got the compensation for dry cleaning after spending another hour negotiating a reasonable amount, even though price was clearly shown on the website of a professional dry clean company.   
This was a very unhappy experience, especially when the dinner gathering was supposed to be a celebration of my friend's birthday.

We've only been here once so far but would definitely come back. Sushi here is a bit higher quality than most other sushi places we've been. Decor and environment here is very modern, cozy and clean to the point of almost being immaculate. Very well architected and chic, great place for a date.  Went on a Sunday evening and there was a bit of a wait, maybe 15 to 20 mins as the place is rather small but definitely worth the wait. Prices are on par with most other sushi restaurants.

Delicious, fresh sushi. Everything we tried was amazing and they don't make the rolls too big with rice, just filling, so the rolls don't feel heavy, just a perfect bite. Service was great as well, very quick and attentive, and the ambience is nice and open. Highly recommend.

This place is consistently good. I usually go for sashimi lunch special which comes with miso soup and also a complimentary noodle soup. I've probably had it a dozen times and the quality of fish has always been good. Menu gets pricier at dinner time and may not be worth the price but lunch menu prices offer exceptional value.
