This KFC is dirty and greasy all the time. I ordered grilled chicken and got original and was told that is what I ordered. No soap or paper towels in the restroom and the air blower also didn't work. I have been to other KFC restaurants and they were 100 percent better. Not going back to the Hendersonville KFC anymore. They quit having grilled chicken.

It's a clean KFC compared to some others.  I've had greasy floors in the customer area at some more... urban... locations.  I've never had any problems with food quality, order accuracy, or service.  So, for fast-food "chicken in a bucket" standards, it's really good.

I personally have had several issues with this KFC over the last couple of years, today they won't some confidence back for me! The you'd last at the counter was friendly and helpful! We had to wait for fresh food but it was good quality and didn't take that long. Good visit today!

Food is always good. I have had mixed experiences with the staff as far as helpful attitudes. Seems par for the course with most fast food places.
