McDonald's always sucks. They can't get an order right ever. I had to explain to the guy more than 5 times I wanted a quarter pounder meal with an extra burger and a kids meal. Get to the first window and my total didn't sound right so I went over my order again with the lady. She said yes that's what u got. Get to the second window. Only received the 2 meals. So I told him I was missing the extra burger and he said so u want it plain? And I'm like no i want it how it comes. To which he replied, oh so u do want the meal then. And we went back and fourth like that about 10 times. Finally some lady comes up that was standing there listening the whole time. She took care of it. I was so mad when I left. I personally don't eat McDonald's myself. If it were have been for me i would have have them their food back and gotten my money back!!

Hate to admit, food is ok, but worst service ever! keeps getting worse with every visit!!! don't ask for a extra packet of ketchup, or sauce you will be charged! don't forget you straws or napkin's cause they won't be in you sack. it's like walking in a different country going in the lobby! I had to remind myself that this was still America! The new kiosk to order your food on don't make up for the terrible service, or the language barrier when dealing with staff!

We go to this location for the play place. Not the cleanest place. There were a few messes on the floors.  All in all a good place to go play.

Horrible!!!!  Employees DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS!!!  NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, Trash all over floor. Just disgusting. I got my food and instead of taking it home, I got a refund. I'll NEVER GO THERE AND I'M SPREADING THE WORD!!!!   NASTY. I even spoke quietly to Manager Evan. He told employee to wash hands. Employee laughed and still didn't wash his hands!!  The staff did not make him.  GROSS!!  Ever heard of Germs?? Hepatitis A??  In the food industry, ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS, VERY FREQUENTLY.  JUST DISGUSTING!!

They do not hand you your food they set it directly on the counter and didn’t even call out my number as well as others and the people behind me had ice cream cones SITTING ON THE COUNTER!!! 
Could not hand me all items I ordered. Forgot my orange juice,Chicken tenders.
Ask for fresh fries 9/10 They will give you stale or cold fries. 
Otherwise very quick service,food decent and meh atmosphere.
