My girlfriend just returned from this KFC, which as usual was out of something. This time it was mashed potatoes and gravy, actually having been told by an employee that they were short staffed and  that she didn’t want to stop whatever she was doing to make more. The  last time it was breasts. In any case after my girlfriend was charged extra to substitute a breast in place of a thigh, she came home with an eight piece bucket containing two wings, two legs, and four thighs...We’re done with this place.

I went here 10:00pm, not knowing they were closing and one of the wonderful worker let me in to. I was so grateful with how nice and friendly everyone here were, definitely recommend this to friends and family to check out if they're ever in the area.

Food is always nice and hot there.  Looks like they have new people working there, much better than what they had before.  The food there is really good.

The worst! In line forever, there is no customer service at all. The cashier that took my order started making it before I even finished. He messed up the guy before me order and when he came back for biscuits, the cashier told him "you need to check again, I know I gave you biscuits". Turns out he did not. And they don't ask you if u would like sauce, that should be a given to ask.

No chicken ready during lunch the soda machine out soda had wait for the chicken bad experience they need new management!!!! Thought they changed but they only got worse  the KFC around its really bad today they cook came late worker outside smoking cigarettes disgusting
