Wow where do I even begin...is there a less then 1 star because that’s what they would get from me. I came off from a 13 hour shift got my $75 worth of food for my family. Specially ordered mild to medium for curry because my father is a heart patient and can’t handle that much spice. They curry was so spicy that it would burn your tongue and taste buds, my father started coughing it up, and the duck was extremely chewy.. I called the place the owner picked up, I was trying to explain my self and he kept saying when you say mild to medium it’s spicy and I wasn’t told that and anyways it should be edible at least. He was exceptionally rude to me over the phone yelling and screaming because I was explaining myself , did not wanna listen to my complaint what so ever. His exact words “I don’t give a f$#k if you don’t eat at my restaurant again” I have never had this kind of experience before, I personally love giving business to small business owners because I know how hard the economy is but when someone tried to belittle you and speak so rudely to you being a man he should ashamed of himself. No sense of customer service what so ever. It’s not about the money, it’s about how you treat your customers. Will never recommend this place to anyone and will never eat here again. Will be complaining with Better Business Bureau as well.

Chicken Roma ( peanut curry) was fantastic. The pineapple fried rice is just enough to share for two people as well. All the dishes are large and the waiting time was great. We had a reservation to get in quickly. It was very cozy inside, small but cozy and it wasn’t too loud either. Great food

I've never had Thai food before. The owner and his partner are on premises and are very helpful. Very unique fresh selections. He even offered an off menu item, he got fresh tuna that morning and offered that. It was great. Can't wait to go back. This is an amazing place you must try!

The communication here is pretty bad. I ordered on Door Dash and you must select a meat with what you order but I needed 1 meal to be a vegetarian option and the other chicken. I did everything to prevent the meal containing meat. First, I called them to let them know I was placing the order on doordash and that there was no vegetarian option, so I selected beef and told them to leave the beef, I need it vegetarian. Second, we put this exact info on the special instructions section, which I know never works (this is why I called). Third, I called after I placed the order to ensure I got the right food. To end a long story, I ended up getting 2 chicken pad thai meals. Then, the guy who answered the phone when I wanted to complain made it seem like it was my fault. The food was great but the service was bad.

Wonderful place to eat! Great food and friendly staff. I definitely recommend eating here; however, can be very crowded due to it's popularity and small seating area. If you want to sit down and eat, you DEFINITELY have to make a reservation. I usually order takeout from here for this reason. There is a single file line to pick up food and often people who are in line order their food and decide to wait in line while the people behind them usually ordered their food in advance and are just coming in to pick it up. I presume that the window staff are shy and don't prefer to ask customers to free up some space to serve others who ordered food in advance by asking them to move out of the way. This would be a 5 star review if there weren't any crowding issues. It's not the staff's fault though.
