It took 1.5 hours for our quick stop for lunch at noon.  The dining room was full, but I have no idea why it was taking so long for them to turn out orders.  Our wait wasn't unique as we saw other diners waiting and waiting too.  I'm sure the dining room wouldn't have been full if people could have gotten food wuicker.

Great place to eat. Extremely fast. I placed my order. Went to fill my cup to drink & theres my order as soon as I cup is filled. Recently remodeled. Casual atmosphere. Overall really good place.

I rated this franchise as a 4 because of the food and my respect for the original Colonel. Having had a stepmother that was born and raised in Middlesboro, Ky., I started eating KFC as a child of 8 because Berea Ky. is right up the road from Middlesboro ( about 20 some odd miles ). Berea Ky is home to the first KFC in America. This means 55 years of eating the Colonel's food and I have seen an incredible amount of changes in the food, service, and appearance of their stores. I find myself at a loss for words to describe my feelings when I go to 1 of their restaurants now. Please don't misunderstand the food is better tasting and better for you than a vast propensity of the fast food places available to the public yet I remember the precepts that this organization was founded on and in this they all come up short. Colonel Sanders built his stores with the idea in mind that the general public could get better food for a better price than any of the other choices out there. Well it's still better food but unfortunately KFC has become greedy now that the old man is gone and taken the prices to a ridiculous level. I think that 5 stars would be an easy rating to give if they made it possible for families to get the dream that was his back into play and make it possible for those of us who are not independently wealthy to enjoy the meal without having to take out a second mortgage. Come back down here with us real people and give the Colonel, God rest his soul, and his dream about good food at affordable prices back to the public that made your company famous.
