I tried this restaurant three different times. All three times the food was all right, and portions are big. Tried the fish tacos, the Cuban sandwich, and one of the create your own bowls. 
like I said the portions are big and well worth the money. everything I've tried tasted alright but nothing to write home about. Staff is friendly atmosphere all right really clean place.

I decided to try this place out of curiosity because of it's menu.  Out of the ordinary and their use of local meats and veggies makes this place a must a must stop  for anyone who's looking for something besides a burger.  Their small menu has something for even the pickiest eater.  I would recommend giving this place a try.

This was the perfect road trip lunch. So great to pass up all the chain fast food and stop in here for fresh, local, tasty food. It's a fast casual format that allowed us to have a relaxed meal and then get back on the road relatively fast. Baja fish tacos were delicious!

The food is fresh. I feel like I am making a healthier choice when we eat here because the food comes from local farms. I got a pita sandwich which was really flavorful with the sriracha sauce. The pita bread is delicious. Also I highly recommend the cookies. They are huge and a real treat. The only thing I did not care for was that they serve the food in baskets with paper linings and it is messy. They really should make a change to this because it makes eating there somewhat unpleasant.  It detracts from the food and the whole experience. The bathrooms were clean and the service was friendly. 👍This is one of the better places to eat in Alamosa.

Update. Just got off the phone  with the owner Wendi. She was more than willing to make it right with my husband and I. I really appreciate that. She cares truly about customer service and the quality and portions of food in her restaurant. I will try this restaurant again after talking to her. She is a very caring owner who wants her customers to have a quality experience. I am so happy to hear this because I love the concept of her restaurant. I am more than happy to go there again after being able to talk to her. This is definitely a place I will try again since she cared enough to reach out and contact me. The food was good. My husband's panini tho didn't have a lot of meat in it. He had bread with very little meat on it. Mine was fine. The server however was VERY RUDE! He wouldn't hardly speak when I was ordering. When it came time to pay he just turned the screen around to me and said " fill it out."  No "thank you" or another word was said. If I can say "please and thank you," he could've at least respond in a courteous manner in return. Or speak.  Won't be going back or recommend this place favorably. All this has been been resolved. Thank you Wendi I appreciate everything!
