Usually pretty crowed at lunch time or it seems that way since they are slow to serve you. Dining area is never very clean. Chicken is great though guess that why I keep going back.

This KFC seems to work better as a pick-up and carry-out than a sit-down restaurant. They even have a table decorated in a way to remind people that they can also provide catering service. The times I have been there no one is eating there, just 1-2 people waiting for their order and a few car going by the drive-thru. The food is as good as any other KFC. The service is fairly quick, just a couple of minutes for each order.

Food was fresh and hot... really good!! staff very nice as well just a bit on slow side getting to customers

Fresh food. Girls friendly. 
Wash room has hot water. 
Would have given 5 stars but food not free

Under normal circumstances, I'd give this place a 2 star rating. Even for fast food standards, my experience was quite poor (messy location, wrong order, forgotten napkins/utensils, etc.). However, they were quite accommodating to a special request I had and as a result, I'll give it 3 stars.
