I agree that it was hard to notice if the store was open or not. Being a part (store front) of an apartment building there might be restrictions on signage. However I liked the casual customer service, there were people around if I needed to ask questions, total no hassle shopping and totally easy to check out. Although it was pricey but the items were all local and organic so i expected it. I got a brick of munster cheese for like $5 which if I get the same brand at the farmers market would be smaller and cost $6. So that was a win for me.

Small grocery store with a great variety of local groceries. Great smells, great coffee/smoothie/juice and sweets bar. Lots of options for the diet restricted (gf, paleo, dairy free, etc) and everyone else. Also significantly less congested than whole foods. A clean and spacious vista for delicious foods. They're prepared food is also delicious and nutritious!!

Awesome shop! Drove passed this alot of times and has always caught my attention. It's also down the street from my house! Love the variety of items they provide at a reasonable cost. They also have fresh to go organic sandwiches and soups so if you are hungry on the go, you can stop in and grab something healthy to eat without dreading to go home to cook because you are cautious of what you eat! You will not be disappointed if you go here!

I've visited this store a couple times, and I absolutely LOVE the products I've found here, but I feel that the staff has a general disregard for the customers. This is something that would not typically bother me, as I dont know anyone who likes to be bombarded by invasively helpful employees upon entering a shop, but it was when I was checking out today that I learned just how little the staff pays attention. The woman who rang me up put my things into a bag, handed me my receipt, and moved on to the customer behind me while leaving the small bag of my recently purchased items on her side of the register. Not that much of problem, if my hands hasn't been full, which they were. I, myself, being aware of the line behind me, went to step next to the register and reach for my bag (unaware of the barrier far below eye level that this woman should have been well aware of) and rammed my knee into what I can only assume to have been a low level bagging area next to the register. I had hit my knee so hard that it rattled the entire register station. I said "Ow! .. I didn't know that was there." And all this woman said was "Aw, yeah. Sorry." There is now a huge welt above my knee and (for the time being) an intense resentment for this place. So if you visit this store, watch out for that bagging thing when you check out. And don't count on the staff for much. I can't speak for the cafe, however. Haven't tried it yet but it looks lovely.

Such a relaxed atmosphere, friendly people and a good selection ... keeps me out of Whole Foods! (Prices are a bit high though.)
