we enjoy their buffet however, at some points we have to ask for more food to be put on it. I also have seen the lobby look pretty disgusting. i love being able to enjoy the buffet however, I would like to have fresh food and maybe a few other options on the buffet as well. Maybe a rotating buffet would be great as well. It would be great to have a variety instead of the same offerings each time. I do love that they have great coupons for the buffet and other things as well. Looks like they now have a foreign based employees only problem with that is they are always on their cellphones no real supervision being offered.  But it does have a great price for the buffet and the beverage is included.

Went there tonight at 6:03 pm. Suppertime and the drive thru was busy and full of cars. I ordered the 3 piece chicken meal, white meat extra crispy. I added an additional breast. When I get the window they tell me they only have one crispy piece of chicken left sorry. The guy tells me he can give me original. I tell him I don't want original. And he looks at me and says sorry we are out of crispy. REALLY!!! On a Tuesday night during supper time (6:03 pm) and this is not the first time. Won't be going there again.

Went thru drive thru decided on a 16 pc mean legs and thighs ONLY... get home and guess what only 4 legs 4 thighs and the rest breast and wings. Called to let them know only to tell me they were short on dark meat but he wasnt taking the orders so pretty much theres nothing he could. I did tell them knowing ahead while ordering wouldve been appreciated. But still he could let the workers know but still nothing could be done!! Seems like this place has gone down the past few months.

Went to buffet at 630 pm on a Sunday only to discover (after paying) there was no jello, no potatoes, no gravy, no stuffing, no bread pudding and only about 5 pieces of chicken.  Had to ask for potatoes, gravy and chicken, but was informed that they were out of everything else..who runs a buffet at supper time with that many items missing! When we asked were told the morning staff was supposed make those things but they didn't.  I don't know who was supposed to be in charge there but obviously not doing a very good job!!
