Executive Chef Eric Watson and Chef Dan Dulany use fresh locally sourced products whenever possible to create a craft menu based on traditional American fare with European influences. Dedicated to offering high quality seasonally focused menus with a strong emphasis on the basics.
Restaurant Manager Mason Nicklaus has extensive experience in mixology which shows by the libation menu that he has created. Try his updated version of a Sazarac cocktail.
