It took 20 minutes to receive my to go order while there was at least 7 employees working. They took off the buffet to fill drive through orders and I had to request that my food not be off the buffet but off the menu in otherwise ordered. When I finally got food and sat down to eat it after a short walk across the street. Everything in the order was cold when suppose to be hot. I will choose to eat at any of the other 10 restaurants near by next time .

I only have been to the drive-thru, but the impressive part of that is that all the food was good and hot and portioned correctly and they put everything in the bag that I was supposed to receive. I didnt have to wait too long and the KFC associate was polite and friendly. The only reason they're getting 4 instead of 5 is because I haven't been inside...yet!

Really disappointed! For the last three visits for the smorgasbord, chicken was not replenished when emptied. And when it was and after a line had formed waiting, only a third of the pan was filled when they did. A customer I stood in line with the last time, stated that he had only so long for lunch, and he could not come here any more because of this problem. - - Overall unclean store as well. I kept thinking it would get better. I was wrong, and I won’t be back. I intend to let my neighbors know! Too bad. Actually the rating should be No stars!
