WELL IT'S GREAT THAT THEY FINALLY GOT ANOTHER McDonald's BUILT FOR WHICH THEY DID AS IF THEY WERE IN A RACE 🏎. THEY ARE OK, BUT THEY HAVE TO WORK ON THEIR TIME ⌚ THAT'S IT FOR NOW. I ALWAYS HAVE TO GO INSIDE TO ORDER AND EVEN THEN THEY ARE STILL TO SLOW. I KNOW HOW TO FIX IT THAT IS THE EASY PART. I WOULD HAVE EVERYONE WATCH THE VIDEO 📹 (JUST CHECK IT OUT BEFORE YOU DO) AND THEN YOU CAN SHOW THEM HOW MANY PEOPLE DROVE AWAY FROM THE STORE AND THEY JUST LOST SOME MORE MONEY THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THEIR OWN PAY CHECK. NOT TO EVEN START ON THE STORES RATING. THE MORE PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO COME TO YOUR STORE AND EAT. AND THEN RATES AND YOUR STORE HIGHER THAN THE OTHERS STORES CAN MAKE YOUR STORE GET POSSIBLY BETTER THEN THE OTHER STORES, FOR YOUR STORES A BETTER SCORE/RATING. AND THAT'S JUST A LITTLE MORE THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO TO MAKE STORE BETTER.

Honestly my husband and I eat out often as we travel a lot,however, this one had better service then even many of the sit down restaurants we eat out. Huge huge recognition to crew member Tia such a great attitude. Super sweet, fast, and efficient. She was so helpful and sweet despite being clearly overloaded when I needed my order fixed she did it with no fuss and quickly. Would rather eat at this Mcdonalds then either one of the others nearby.

Took twenty minutes to get a big breakfast...then we even had to ask for it because they weren't making it. Their solution- throw us an apple pie. What a joke!

I stop by several times a month to get my 90 yr old grandmother an ice cream cone. I go through the drive thru 97% of the time. There is ALWAYS a long wait and several times one order lane gets served more than the other. As it was tonight, 3 vehicles were answered before the one car in front of me who ordered just one value meal. I am NOT exaggerating when I say it took 25 minutes in the drive thru to get just one ice cream cone. This is not a one time occurrence. It is extremely habitual. On regular occurrences I receive a cone that is very small, mis-shappened and already melting b/c they made it too early, while I am still several cars behind. For the 3% of the time I go into the store for "faster" service you can witness the pure chaos of this store. The front is crowded, the orders are usually missing things or are completely wrong. There is no rhyme or reason to this store. And the sheer amount of employees behind the counter just seems to complicate things worse. I believe training and management is the culprit. It needs a complete overhaul and whole new training program. This seemingly, "sink or swim" method that is currently being used is not giving McDonald's a very good name.
