On 10/26 I walked in to the Kia Bowie dealership to meet Russell. I already knew the car I wanted he was so helpful and gave me all the information  I needed about the car. He was extremely pleasant. Then I had the pleasure to work with Anthony to close everything out. In the mist of helping me close out the deal he gave helpful advice about improving your credit. He made it his purpose to answer any questions I had. Ben you have a great team in Bowie. I will be back to continue working with this amazing team.

My experience with Kia of Bowie was exceptional!  Earl Ward sold me my 2017 Kia Optima.  Earl went above and beyond to make my experience of purchasing a smooth and enjoyable experience.  He spent his morning to go and pick up my vehicle.  I was going out of town the next day so he made a point  to get the car ready before I left. He took the time to show me all the aspects of the vehicle.  He was patient and very kind to myself and my family.  He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of my questions.  I have had many terrible experiences with purchasing a car - this was not one of them. Earl was able to get me a car that I totally love with an affordable car payment.  Thanks Earl for all of your help!  I love my new car and thank you for all of your help!  I am very happy!!

Thanks Anthony and Tom Tom. To Anthony for getting me better financing than my credit union could have. To Tom Tom - you didn’t lie. You proved that all Kia dealerships are not the same and you have made me happy with all these extras in my 2017 Kia for a great price. Finally thanks to Daniel. I thought I would not need your advice and I hope I don’t have to get a ding on my new vehicle to prove me wrong again and Steve thanks for helping me pay for the no dings and in case I need another key.

I went in for schedule maintenance at KIA of Bowie and walked out with a new car.....Why?? Because Earl Ward is the best sales representative!! There is nothing better or a higher level of customer service then when your are recognized and Earl surpasses even my high standards of what it takes to maintain customer loyalty. He asks the right questions, listens to what you want and what you need and gets to work on getting you the best deal possible. I am a customer for life...THANK YOU EARL WARD for everything I LOVE my new car!!!!

Earl Ward provided exceptional customer service. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the cars which made my experience that much better. I am a happy customer and can't wait to show off my new car!
