Prices are too high, customer service is horrible. I don't mind paying top dollar for kicks I want, but why would anyone pay $50 or $100 more than anywhere else. I only go here to look at kicks I want,  to see what they look like in person, then I order from somewhere else. Hard to give a  local shoe shop one star, but they deserve it

Me and my brother came here and found our dream shoes.  And they gave us a good deal on some Jordan elevens.  Space James. Size 11.5.  For a bit over retails.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a great selection of rare and unique shoes. Stock is consignment-based, so it switches out quite often.

They need to invest in better people who are more customer service oriented. The industry for sneakers is extremely competive with the online market and local competition. What used to seperate Kicx apart from other merchants now is just a lack of care and professionalism from the staff that help run the business. I would stay away from this retailer and spend your money online or take a drive to the bay area and invest in a business who care about the customers who shop at the store.
