Called in to ask a simple question concerning store supplies and if they carried boots that I was looking for. The staff was very rude and openly mocked me for asking the question before hanging up.

brought a  pair of 270 dollar boots back because they only lasted 9 months before they collapsed and was told by the female sales associate that their was no defect in workmanship. Very rude. Apparently Red Wing is not designed to last anymore. Don't waste your money, they don't stand behind their product. May as well buy Wal-Mart boots, at least you only expect them to last 6 months.
