Great selection, friendly staff... just really wish they’d  pay you out more for clothes - but I think it’s kind of typical with used kids stores. Definitely my favorite in the Valley!

I have tried to sell to this location several time and have had the experience every time. I will no longer shop,sell, or suggest any Kid to Kid location. Every time I go to sell they only take a handful of item(almost seems like out of pity) and give me the rest back all  disheveled in the box when I gave it to them with everything nicely folded and paired together like they ask them to be...why can't you give them back the same way I give them to you or close it. The staff is rude and won't take perfectly good non stained clothes...than what the heck are they looking for...I would love to know.

I came in to this location to sell a lot of new items and items that were in great condition. I walk in and first thing the lady tells me is i need to empty all my items on the table. I empty 2bags worth but before I could get to the clothes she tells me they are not taking boys newborn to 2T so I had to eliminate those. Then she proceeded to tell me that all I have they can't take and walks away to get pizza from the delivery man. Not only did I feel disrespected, I felt like for a new customer to the location, not appreciated. I was willing to shop around and get things for my son since he was with me but after that, I will not be back to this location. I just moved to this side of town and wanted to try a new location but I will keep going to the location off the 101 and Thunderbird. They have been so good to me and treat me like a person. I usually sell items and whatever they don't take, I always donate to them. 

This location has been the worst and customer service is horrible. I will never step foot in this location again due to poor management and lack of appreciation.

It takes a long time for them to go through and decide what they will take and pricing is really low. I have been in there several times people always complain about the wait.

We had the opportunity to visit the Chandler Kid to Kid recently while in town for our grandchildren. We sold some clothes and took store credit to replace them. The process was fast and efficient and we got some great new items for their wardrobe. Love Kid to Kid.
