The sales associate Jordan here is awesome! I highly recommend if you need anything done with your service to request this guy to assist you. We came in during a pretty busy time and had a complicated request that was very time consuming. All the while he kept a continued to keep a level head and ensured we received excellent service.

Jasmine in store did what others could not and would not do over the phone.  I had a rebate issue that I tried to resolve over the phone which was a complete waste of time.
 Went in store, explained the situation once and Jasmine came up with a solution.  She followed up with a call the next week to confirm that the refund was issued.   She is amazing.  
While I was there another customer had an issue that again, couldn't get resolved with calls to 611.  In store, while working my issue, Jasmine resolved her issue to.  
ALL STORES AND MANAGERS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL.  JASMINE IS BY FAR THE BEST.

Stick w/your existing carrier if no issues...is all I can say!  Never more will I ',just try'. What a nightmare. EVERY WHICH WAY BUT LOOSE.

I wanted to thank Robert for his help. I've been trying to get an issue fixed since November with customer care. 

The last customer care representative I spoke with said it would need to be fixed in store and was unsure why no one had directed me to it. 

I went in store and explained the situation. They made some calls and said the fix should reflect on the next bill, but if not to come back in and they would resolve it. 

It was not fixed and I had to go back in store again, but it is now completely resolved. 

Thank you Robert for listening to me summarize six months worth of customer care calls and getting it resolved today.

Great place to buy a phone, but do your own research 1st! Slow service, but once it's your turn, you get good service.
