A little known secret about Discount Tire. You can buy Tire Certificates for your tires even though you did not buy the tires from them. This warranty is awesome and I highly recommend it. Main reason is that the tires are NOT pro-rated if damaged and needs to be replaced. They Do Not charge you extra or are there any additional charges to dismount, mount and balance your new tire. They even replace the tire sensor at no extra cost. Awesome. You can go to them and have them check and put air on your tires if needed. They will rotate, rebalance, and fix a flat at no cost to you. Again I say AWESOME. Best place in the country to buy your tires from.

Pulled up to the shop 5 minutes before closing. I was leaving on a road trip to California the next morning and wanted to fill up my tires again as one seemed to have a slow leak (older tires). A young employee ran out to me and asked what brought me in this evening. I told him I’m leaving on a road trip and one of my tires continually has a slow leak and I’d just like to re-fill the tires with air. He said that he would be more than happy to check the tires for nails to ensure I was safe on my road trip. It was now 5 minutes past closing time and I said no thanks since I wanted to be respectful of all the employees’ time so they could go home to their families. The young man insisted he wanted me and my family to be safe if we were driving to California in the morning. I agreed to allow him to Check the tires for nails. About 15 minutes later, he can back and explained that there were no nails found however three of the four tires were old and begging to dry rot due to age. He recommends replacing the tires for safety to avoid a blowout. I typically go to the Discount Tire location in Ahwatukee. I was so impressed by this young man who seemed joyful to serve me, that I bought 3 new tires with the extended warranties. Now 30 minutes past closing, I had new tires & drove home with peace of mind and a profound respect for the level of service that Discount Tire provided me. I will be a customer for life!

Staff helpful and the time for install was very good, prices are excellent! Many stores throughout the USA with exceptions of the Dakota's and the Northeast. 30 days no questions asked warranty. If you don't like the ride, you get new tires, just pay the difference for the replacement set. They also have road hazzard warranty too. I recommend 100%

I've used discount tire for 19 years & will continue to do so. This shop RULES! Very professional & they've always taken great care of me.
