I went in to sell something, and they did not have appointments today, I had my son and some bulky items. The young lady was so rude as she explained that they didn't have buying appointments today or the next several weekends... and walked off. She was so rude.

Terrible place. The owner was there today and she has a terrible attitude. I drove almost a half an hour to get there with my two small children to be told before I even put my items down they were recalled. Which after they actually looking they realized it wasn't, then they told me I was missing pieces. Yes one super small piece was missing and didn't affect how it worked or anything and they wanted to fight about that. I have seem many things in that store without all there pieces. I then asked if they has something I could tie it back into my car because I had to cut it out and they told me it was my problem. This is not the first time I have gone there and been annoyed but they was the end. They always give me pennies for my items and then you go back and there selling them for 3 times more what they paid you for it. I understand they need to make a profit but there's no reason to cheat people. There clothing and shoe collections are also terrible. I bring in all these nice clothes and they always turn them away and when you look around all the clothes are terrible. The people who look at them pick there favorites and seem to forget not everyone has there taste so there's never anything to buy. It's a terrible place with horrible service. I will NEVER NEVER go back. I recommend people go somewhere else or give to goodwill and get a tax deduction.

Extremely rude staff who act as though they are totally above the items that you bring in to consign. I stood in line and watched how they interacted with multiple customers and each person was disrespected. One store clerk told the customer to "go find a dumpster" to put her items in. Customer service needs to be a priority to everyone who enters the store. I used to enjoy going to the store to consign and buy items but I will never go back again.

Horrible experience at this consignment shop!!! My 70 yr old mother bought a stroller. Left it there to pick it up a day later. When she changed her mind...the store manager refused to give her a refund. The stroller never left the building and they would not refund the mimey??!! My mom has had a daycare business for years and was a loyal customer to them. Shame on you kid to kid!

Its so AWESOME to go to a store n see all the discounts u r missing .....n getting stufff brand new some little used but clean n in GREAT condition......wish they open up stores in NJ and NYC soon real soon.......
