This is one of the best stores of its kind. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the selections are top notch. I have referred a number of friends and coworkers!

Great prices on gently used and sometimes new clothing. Easy to navigate through the store. Employees are friendly and helpful. No pressure or hovering around you unless you request help. I have also sold items and used the credit to buy items.  Better than other children consignment shops I have visited.

Customer service is really great here !!! Staff is super helpful! I've been selling for about two years now, but if you actually need the money for your clothing DONT sell here they offered me $2.00 each for brand new never worn Ralph Lauren polo sets and they sold them for 14.99 each all of the items that I brought in to sell we're name brand sets ! Sell your clothes on Let Go app if you want what your clothes are actually worth!!!!

I love this place! I always find cute clothes for my 2 year old daughter here.  I think the selection and prices are much better than most stores like this.

I've been selling at kid to kid for over 10 years, at three different locations. I have always brought my clothes in to sell, laundered and neatly folded in large paper bags, like American girl/Macy's/trader joes type bags with proper handles. Today the lady refused to even look at my stuff. According to the website you won't be taking clothes in grocery bags. There's a difference, you should explain that to your employees. I don't have extra plastic bins or boxes lying around my house and after calling another kid to kid without this policy....I will be taking my business to them from here on out. No wonder your reviews on Yelp and Google below the other store. I've somewhat enjoyed a kid to kid being in my neighborhood, but I'll make the drive to the one with better customer service in a heartbeat.
