Love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful! Also, their prices are fair and they always have a great sale on whether it is the semi annual clearance sale or just 1/2 off selected ticket colors ☺

I appreciate this business for both buying and selling and I am a frequent shopper here, but recently I had a disappointing experience. I found a dress that had a large hole in the front and I thought I may be able to fix it. When I asked an employee near by what their policy is with clothing found with holes, she replied that they could mark it half off. When I brought it to the counter the employee charged me full price. I told her that I had spoke with her co-worker and was told it would be marked half off. She responded that it was not their policy to do so until the item has been out for three months regardless of stains and holes. Also, that they can't do that because there is no way for them to know if the hole was there already or if the customer put the hole there in-order to get a discount! I will continue to shop and sell here, but it is disappointing when there is extreme inconsistency in customer service. The logic that customers would purposefully put holes in the clothing seems irrational.

For being a children's consignment shop, they are not very child-friendly! I feel like I can't ever take my children with me in there or they get yelled at by the staff. And the staff is not friendly to the customers either. Love the idea but their additude and customer service is terrible!

A gala of dirty low end clothes at high prices. It's a joke of a consignment center. Staff will not engage with customers. Go to thrift stores. They are cleaner, nicer staff, and better selections of higher end clothing.
