The Second Act is Iowa City’s “Go to” store for all Ethnic and Vintage clothes from the 30’s through the 90’s, including authentic hats, shoes, ties, polyester, wigs, etc.

Featuring a YEAR-ROUND Costume Store with packaged and rental costumes for all ages. 100’s of awesome accessories!

Wow! All I can say is wow! Amazing! If you are a clothing expert then you are going to have a blast at The Second Act. Great deals on name brand clothing!!! Bring in your new or gently used items you do not want anymore, it will be totally worth your time. They consign so much stuff! If you have unique style, brand interest, or vintage love.. The Second Act is the absolute best clothing store for you!!!!!!

I will not or will I ever refer anyone to go to this store. They are not interested in customer satisfaction what so ever. I purchased something in good faith brand new not even opened out of the package. I brought it back unopened the next day, I was looked at and dealt with not a trace of respect, and was told "We don't accept returns!" This was not a used item it was brand new and was in the same condition as I bought it hours ago. I will never do business with these people and I suggest you think twice also...
