Great customer service, and great haircuts. Matt cuts mine, and as long as I live in town I will get styled here.

Terrible. I was willing to ignore that the woman before me looked very unhappy, the dirty dirty washing sinks that had old hair and residue everywhere, the lack of towel use that left my clothes wet after washing,  the fact that there was the previous cuctomers hair all over the apron, and that when I was in the middle of saying what I wanted the hair dresser turned to talk to another customer before ushering me to wash my hair.  I was even at the point where after saying a few times it wasn't what I wanted or how the pictures I had shown looked like, after a few erratic cuts where I could SEE mess ups I was just going to leave and have someone else fix it up no big deal. Even after my hair wasn't fully blown out after and the curl that I Asked to be done out of desperation of it looking okay I was going to leave it alone, I even left an overly generous tip out of "used to be in the service industry guilt." But finally home and a second full blowout of my own I can't keep it in, this cut is embarrassing...so incredibly jagged everywhere I can see, uneven not fully cut bangs with chunks all jagged as well.  Even my husband is furious. Do yourself a favor and skip this place so you don't have to spend months walking around trying to grow out an embarrassing cut.

I needed to find a new spot to get my hair cut since I was recently new to the area and Kiki's looked like a convenient location so I gave it a try. The stylist was super friendly and she happened to also be the owner. She was knowledgeable, nice and gave me a wonderful haircut and style. I will be returning!
