Highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase any products from here. EXTREMELY unclear on their return policy. Now I'm out $40 on an overpriced tool that's $20 everywhere else. You'd think as a VERY loyal customer of almost 5 years and spending thousands of dollars here on services and product I'd be shown more respect, instead of them being so condescending and insulting me. Only reason I'll be returning is because of how much I enjoy my stylist, but I will be buying products elsewhere.

An employee by the name of Natasha did my hair and I was so upset I left crying. The braids were so tight my hair started falling. Don't go for hair because you will leave bald.

I had a wonderful first time experience at lordes and ladies last week when I got my gel manicure. I am giving it two stars because I am not happy with the end result. It's literally been one week and my nails are chipped. Two of my nails have completely chipped right off and now I have to go and get them redone before a bridal shower on Sunday. I am disappointed with my end result. I will return for other services though !

Got highlights, cut and style from Kristen, I loved the outcome. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely go back to the Douglasville location.
